Ordered 12 piece with 4 sides.. took home 8 pieces with 3 sides completely wrong. Replaced wings for thighs had 5 wings in bucket.. this place has gotten horrible. The manager just stared me down as I told him what was wrong making me feel like a idiot. When asked about replacing sides since it's a 15 minute drive and food was cold. Replaced the food which was good but threw everything away in front of multiple customers.

Yesterday (Nov. 17) I bought an 8 piece, with medium fries "special" The service was incredibly slow (I was the ONLY customer) the chicken was tough, chewy and dry. Some of the legs appeared to cling to the bone and to me this indicates it was not cooked completely. The pieces were smaller than the original from years ago. I was totally DISSATISFIED with this product!!!! I paid $16.94 of my hard-earned money for what I anticipated was going to be a luxury and a treat. I wonder if this was left-overs from the day before?
