Ordered hamburgers waited over 40 minutes everyone else who came after us got there meals got fed up and went to Wendy’s

Order our food, waitress forgets out waters for 10 mins, comes back and informs us that my soup is out, the Italian wedding. Get my replacement salad, take two bites and push it to the side, cheap ceaser dressing, no cheese and 4 tiny croutons. Hope dinner is better. we wait an hour and 15 minutes, I ordered Alfredo with chicken. This takes 5 minutes to make. Comes out and I struggle to find any chicken. I find 2.5 strips buried under the noodles. Not sure why that is a presentation standard here. Take a bite of the noodles, overcooked, sauce is very bland, no garlic, pepper, salt, cheese. Just tastes like heavy cream. I ate the two tiny strips of chicken and decide this is b-llsh-t especially after the long wait. Push it aside, let me waitress know why it's not good and my experience was ruined. Oh yea and took her 12 minutes to even check on us, didn't bring us anymore napkins either. Ask for the bill, comes with my meal I didn't eat on it. Ask her to remove it, she goes to speak with her manager. Comes back and only 50% was removed and the manager didnt come to the table to speak with us. I will never come back to this place. This is the 3rd time now this has been disappointing and this time pushed it way over the edge. I've been in the restaurant business for 20 years and would never in my wildest dreams charge a customer for a meal they didn't eat. Literally went home and ate leftovers from Thai express. Poor service, poor food and don't even talk about table placement and how awkward it is, remove two tables in the main section so there room to move and feel comfortable. Honestly beyond disappointed and kinda shocked.

We are excited to dine after a long drive but we came with a long line so we skip the line and go to neighbor's Bar diner. The following day before hitting the road we try to have lunch there, My excitement turn ugly, Since it was lunch there's no line like Supper, we ask the waiter if we could sit on the side instead,Without hesitation said big NO. okay, then my friend who introduce us to this restaurant given a wrong order and the waiter told us it's not his fault instead it's my friend. whoah! i told them without hesitation NO prob will pay for it. We don't like to ruin our day! then at the end he gave us 50% for that pasta.
I rate the food Okay! I hate to give 1 star as terrible so i gave 2 stars.

Servers where very nice i guess they need to seens we waited over 1hour and 45min for our pasta that had no taste and are table was so wabaly i had to wedge napkins under the legs .we where there to celabrate my sons 15 bday bye tje time r food got to us are hunger had past my son was so mad we left before getting desert .thanks for ruining my sons birthday dinner we will never ever go to a east side mario location ever again

We had food delivered to our hotel in Cornwall after a 13 hour drive. They didn't give the delivery driver our room number. They didn't send any cutlery for my family of 4. They didn't send any condiments for my husbands burger so he had meat on a bun. Very disappointed as I've never had a bad experience with East Side's. :0(
