The food has greatly improved under the new ownership, and the staff genuinely strive to accommodate customers. The menu offers a diverse selection at reasonable prices, and every dish I've tried has been flavorful and satisfying. While there can be some delays during busy times, the quality of the food makes the wait worthwhile, and the friendly service enhances the overall experience.

I recind my previous review, after ordering and having to wait over 1 hour in the restaurant, I got home and the food was horrible, the egg rolls tasted old, the rice was off putting, even the chicken balls were rubbery and stale fortune cookies.

took over 2 hrs to receive order, of 5 items ordered 2 items never received and 1 item received was wrong. A forty percent effiency on a total order is not something that they should be happy with going forward

A friend recommended it so while looking for a new Chinese restaurant to try East City was top of the list. The food was very good, we had 6 different dishes in our order, and it was much more affordable than what we were used to. Will Definitely pout it inn our takeout rotation!

Will not be going back, have not been for a while but we have used this restaurant /take out for over 15 years, the food was always great and plenty of it, now the food was not good and not as much but costs a lot more. Time to find a new take out.

The sweet and sour ribs are all bread in one whole order there was 3 small pieces of meat.
This is certainly not the place I've ordered from for the past 10 years.

New owners are taking this restaurant in the wrong direction. Used to be my favorite place. Now it takes forever to get my food after I order and the food quality seems to have gone down. At the same time prices are up and portions are down. I don't want to give up on them yet and will try again in a few months.

This place used to be good. Since the new owners took over its been higher price and the food has been all tasting the same.
Had gone 2 times since the new ownership and the second time worse than the other, they missed out egg rolls and the rice was hard. Not only waiting almost an hour over the time.
