Went here for lunch with my family and all of our food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back again!

First time going here and was extremely disappointed!
I have had delivery before but never walked in.
The server first touched my money, sorted tips, then coughed in her hand twice, scratched her head.
went to butter my toast without washing her hands at all.
Absolutely disgusting!!!!
I will never eat or recommend this place again
The other servicer had hair all over her shirt? And people willingly eat here. Nasty!!!

I ordered a breakfast of two eggs and sausage but asked for tomatoes instead of hash browns and no toast. They billed me for the tomatoes regardless. Never in my experience in Canada and the US has anyone billed me for tomatoes as a replacement for hashbrowns. This was a first.
If at least they said they would bill me for the tomatoes upon ordering, maybe that would have been different but that didn't happen, it's what I call a sneak billing.
When I went to pay and asked what that extra pricing was for, the waitress went to the owners to ask. The owners were sitting near the cash register and said it was for the tomatoes. I asked how that could be since it was a replacement for hashbrowns (and I also asked for no toast)? I explained that usually there is no billing for tomatoes and that I'd been there before and wasn't billed for it. He said the price of tomatoes vs potatoes... blah blah. I was taken aback by that. Instead of maybe at least saying "we won't bill you today but now you know" and apologizing for the sneak billing and confusion, he shrugged his shoulders as though to say "That's tough $#%@."
For the cost of billing me for a sliced-up small tomatoe, and the indifferent 'too bad for you' attitude and lack of consideration for a customer, they have lost a customer and a lot more money and earned themselves a negative review from this former customer.
