We just picked up food for the first time from here. We just moved to Harrow a year ago. So delicious, so sad we waited so long!! Very tasty, will definitely be back, probably some of the best Chinese food we have had!!

Food was hot and delicious. Soo gai was crispy and huge chicken breast pieces. Chicken fried rice was really good lots of flavor. Will definitely order again.

Very delicious...Luckys provides a large variety of dishes and always fresh and hot. We have never had any issiues. When ordering delivery always quick and food always warm. Staff is friendly and they always have a smile. Good place for a nice family meal. Prices are decent. Good Food Good Quality Good Price.

Been going to Lucky Kitchen for the last 12 years. My fiance' has been going there forever. Service 7 food was always good, until they ended up with new owners. One of the waitresses, whom I believe is the owners wife, barely speaks English, so it makes things difficult.

Today, we went for their lunch menu, which ends at 2:30. We have walked in many times at 2:25, as we did today & it is never an issue. Today, she comes out of the kitchen & I pointed to the clock, saying, "We are here on time for the lunch deal."

"Yes, she says. Over at 2:30." Brings us DINNER menus, which we ignored & told her we both wanted #8, which always comes with fried rice.

All said & done & we finish our lunch & she brings us the check, which is quite a lot more than usual. I took it to the front & asked her about it. She began screaming at me. Apparently, my fiance' had ended up with CHICKEN fried rice. Which the pieces are so small, he really never noticed he'd even gotten that.

She'd charged us for the dinner menu. After she finally agreed to charge us for the lunch menu price, she still over charged us for the chicken fried rice that no one asked for. All the while, screaming at me & making spitting noises. The owner or cook came out & he could barely understand either, so it was pointless to try to get them to understand.

Never in my life have I been treated so rudely in a public setting. I told them, "You've just lost two very longtime customers & you're very rude to treat customers this way."

The service is not what it used to be. We went with my inlaws about 6 weeks ago & everyone was finished their meals by the time my fiance's food even arrived, in spite of us asking twice, where his food is. The only really decent waitress is the one who has been there for many years, but she was clearly afraid to speak up today.

Save your money & your sanity & go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. Order has been lost laat 2 times for takeout with no accountability .
Can find this mediocre quality of good anywhere.

This restaurant has completely turned around, food is great and each time I go in I try a new entrí©e. I order 5 on the normal and 1 new entrí©e . I have not been disappointed yet. I would like them to add some new dishes. but I need to speak to the owners. Well versed in Chinese's food. 50 years and still going. I like to help all local business striving for the best.

Having no menu on web page or Facebook page makes it very inconvenient to Order. However food was good and fast.
