Unfortunately Monsieur St-Aubin and his wife moved when the pandemic started. We miss them very much for serving us the best French cuisine over the last 10 years.
Where ever they may have ended up we thank you for serving us over the years.

all I can say, We miss the restaurant because of the superb French cuisine, the perfect service and beautiful decoration of the dining room as well as the bathrooms. Thank you for the experience.

The very best of food and service served on a TABLECLOTH, with fantastic Art all around you which was produced by owner wife. The Chef will come to the table after every customer has been served and talk to you. If it is your birthday he will play the mini grand and sing to you. Way to go Monsieur St-Aubin

We had not been to St Aubans for 6-7 yrs. We never had a less than excellent experience. This last visit was not so good. The prices were very high for the quality and quantity of the food. I had a salad and the rack of lamb. Salad was small and nothing special... Rated a 3 out of 10. I've ordered rack of lamb many times and this version was skimpy and rather bland. Only 3 chops,1 peice of broccoli and 1 piece of cauliflower. I left still hungry. The service was not good at all. We waited for replacement drinks and water refills. The servers were very polite and courteous. Overall the dinner was 3 out of 10. I will not be back.

We have been enjoying our dinners for years at Maison St-Aubin. The food, the service and the
ambiance is all ways the same.The staff has not changed in years and makes us feel at home. The
food is outstanding and always the same high quality. We are looking forward to the next culinary event.
