Absolutely appealed by the service, the management was extremely rude and unhelpful with a problem Their ATM from the 80's was having and blamed the customer. We paid around 100 dollars for food that we could have got at a grocery store and would have had better quality. The waitresses were very unprofessional and rude, they were allowing a underage child to sit at the bar with one of the waitresses friends while she drank shots and loudly using derogatory language which we had to endure because we were sat at the bar side because the dining room was closed due to lack of customers. Disgusted with how downhill this establishment has gone. My fiancí© and my family used to go there for family get togethers and now this place is a 2 star at best in our books. If you want good service And good food I suggest not going to this place.

The management at this establishment are completely incompetent. No oversight into the service, or quality control on the food. Both, service and food, were so substandard, I can't believe the health board hasn't shut this place down yet.

Came in for lunch for the 1st time with my daughters. The service was so nonexistent I thought maybe they actually weren't open. Turns out they were. The amount of staff in the restaurant didn't appear as though they were expecting many patrons (which there weren't many).
The food was unremarkable and actually tasted old and reheated. I think this place is on its way out.
We won't be coming back.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Waited 15 minutes to get menus and drinks. The staff all seemed uninterested in taking our orders and bringing out our food.
Very depressing place.

I ordered the Salmon Burger. Complete disappointment! The salmon patty tasted like rubber and I was sure it was freezer burnt. So much for freshness.
Avoid this place if you can.

This place is pathetic. Disorganization should be the name of this establishment. Got the wrong order to begin with. Drinks took forever to get to us. Getting the bill seemed like a lifetime.
Don't waste you time going to Tiger Jacks"¦. Ever!!

Had some issues with our food -way overcooked burgers -TJs Special and the Mushroom Swiss. Asked to speak to the manager and got some imbecile named Jay (massless) to address our concerns. This guy is a joke. Couldn't speak very well and he looked like he had been drinking. What a ****show!!!!
We will never return to this dump.
