Was at the newly renovated Coffee Time at Fowlers Corner July 11th/23 for 1st time in a very very long time, to try their Iced Capp. I'm not a fussy person but when I feel it's necessary to take a drink back, to tell them how bad it was, it's BAD!
I could NOT take another sip of this so called iced capp. Nothing about this drink, except for the ice, resembled an 'iced cappuccino coffee'. Disgusting is the best word to describe it.
When I took it back, I respectfully said that I could not drink this, that I thought it was 'horrible' and thought they would want to know, the girl very quickly said, "well we don't actually make it, it comes in a powder form". Then I replied, "They need to rethink their recipe". She was polite and did say, "sorry about that" but then never offered my money back or said 'what can we do to make you a satisfied customer' so I'll never be back. Too bad, because I live around the corner and could give them a lot of business. An unsatisfied customer becomes a non-customer.
