A few weeks ago I purchased a 10 lb chicken from you. Your website raves about your quality and animal considerations of your products. The $60 price seemed exorbitant at the time, and when I got the frozen chicken home, I was surprised that it wasn't even your product, but came from another farm.
It disappointed as well after cooking, it seemed to have a brittle layer on the top and was a bit dry.
The following week I purchased a slightly smaller 7 lb whole chicken from Florence meats which was fantastic. I paid $3.75 per pound, and it was totally delicious. For $6 per pound I expected a whole lot more quality and you didn't come through. I won't be back.
