Absolutely amazing

We visited Duncan's Cafe for a late lunch July 17, the server was serving our drinks and knocked an entire glass of beer down the front of my blouse and all over my pants. She apologized which was sincere, and brought out towels to wipe up the mess. No one inquired or reviewed what had happened and how I was soaked. Upon arriving home I discovered my handbag was filled with beer. I am somewhat surprised that nothing was offered to compensate for my anxiety and discomfort"¦ the bill was brought to us without a discount and nothing else was offered. I called today to speak to the manager and she told me that she was made aware of the situation and apologized, when I mentioned that some sort of a peace offering could have been made"¦..she said well what do you want me to do about it? Very bad customer relations! A very bad attitude when they do not care about their customers comfort especially when they inflict discomfort upon them! I would definitely not recommend.
