After sharing my feedback, the manager reached out to me and sincerely apologized, offering a gift card and inviting us back. During our return visit, the manager personally served us, making sure our meal was to our liking by promptly adjusting a dish. Despite some initial hiccups, the attentive service and improved food quality left a positive impression, making Lone Star a convenient and enjoyable dining choice in Hamilton.
