The service was exceptional, and the outdoor seating area offered a picturesque view of the Grand River. The fries were a standout, and the reasonable prices made it a definite return destination for me.

Poor customer service, cranky people behind the countet boss shooing people away like a crazy person. I felt comfortable i wont be going back.

I'm not sure where this site gets their information to post but these details are not reflective of Franks. That is not the menu, we do not take credit cards, some reviews mention frozen vegetables (we don't serve vegetables)...please visit the google page, facebook page or follow us on instagram for up-to-date information. Great place to go, the cooked food is rather expensive, but that seems to not deter most. I enjoy the food, especially the shakes. The ice cream is great too. It is a "thing you must do" when in downtown Cambridge, and a place I make sure to take out of town visitors to.
Not something I could afford on a regular basis, but always feel like I am treating myself when I go there.

The most amazing small business in Cambridge! They have stellar customer service, delish Frips and the milkshakes are something I've been getting since I was a kid. I love getting frips and a milkshake and then taking a walk downtown along the river. Highly recommend as a place to stop when you're in town!

Horrible experience and will never go back there. They discriminate against and will not serve anyone with a mask exemption. They also force you to wear one outdoors far from the actual restaurant. The woman at the counter yelled at me across the parking lot to put on a mask or get out of line. I got out of line and will never go back. Our family used to enjoy going to Frank's for ice cream and a walk down the river - the foods not great. But we certainly will not be going back ever again.
