They have really gone downhill in the last year.
Never used to have issue with them. Last time the chicken wings were undercooked, so if you want it properly cooked, ask for extra well done. This time they took 1 hr 25 mins to get an order 10 mins out of town, that I paid a hefty surcharge for! When I called to ask where it was they said "what do you want, we're busy. Come pick-up yourself" and "so? send it back if it's cold". Terrible customer service, hung up on us twice - did they get new management/staff or something? If you don't want to deliver out of town, then just say no. But if you are going to offer it, do it right. No one likes cold fries and pizza! If I wanted to drive in I would get Greko's instead - 1000x better pizza!
You know, a simple apology and offer to check with the driver, plus to not be spoken to as though I was an idiot, is not so much to ask. Blaming covid and the delivery company is old hat and just tacky.
