Worst meal of cheapest dish of Halibut Fish and Chips I have EVER had! We paid a fortune for a box of chips with under cooked (day old I assume) halibut They should be ashamed of themselves charging this price for such a terrible meal. Disgusting mess !

Ordered 1 piece halibut and chips yesterday for the first time The fish was terrible there was hardly any batter on it honestly there wasn't anymore batter on it than the frozen fish pieces I can buy in the grocery store The fish was watery obviously not cooked completely it certainly wasn't a nice golden brown colour The fries were ok but there was way too many of them I would certainly pay the extra and get something I could eat at another location

Best fish and chips ever. I have tried many in Belleville and Napanee and Kingston. No one beats Captain Georges in Belleville

We absolutely LOVE Captain Georges Fish and Chips!! I go at least once a week even though its over a 1 hour drive each way. Its so worth the drive! Love all their food and the employees are THE BEST AROUND!!! Miss going in to eat and chat. )O(

The best fish and chips anywhere. Love to get there at noon and get the halibut fingers. Sooooo good. Always great. Never had a disappointing meal ever. Friendly staff. Great owner.

Never had a bad meal from here. We generally do take out and it's always freshly cooked and hot. Even when we get it home and unpack it, it's delicious. Great french fries and coleslaw too. They always put in extra tarter sauce if you ask.

We bought the 6 piece with 2 fries deal March 6th. I sent my son in to pick up the order. Was 6 half pieces of fish and one Fries and was charged almost 70$. Fish was recooked and was like leather. Not the first time being ripped off from the Sidney St Location.
