Best casual dining

I was invited to this place in mid November and liked my first experience there so I thought to go back with some more people. I made a reservation 3 weeks earlier and I kept calling weekly to check if they were open and they said "YES" as I understand because of Covid not all restaurants in California are open. (BTW, the restaurant falls under Orange County not LA county and it was to my understanding that their regulations are different.) Yesterday 12/17/2020 i received a text to confirm my regulation which I did.( I'LL ATTACH PHOTOS) Mind you no one in this restaurant had the courtesy to call me or notify me dine in for the restaurant was closed. Just for me to check google to get the address few hours before my dinner as my other parties where asking so they could be on their way and I find out dine in is closed. I called the location(Spectrum Center) and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and impatient. She kept saying "did you just say you will drive down here and beat me. I'm hanging up", "No! no one told you we where open", totally different from what I as trying to say which was "what if we all had already drive out there already and I didn't check google"
She also said I could place a pick up order which I couldn't do at the time because I didn't know what everyone else wanted.... hours later when we were all gathered, decided to call and place and order but the guy on the phone(Mario) was very impatient and rude as well, was not payimg attention, listening or understanding me and asked what I wanted him to do and that the manager already spoke to me earlier blah blah blah. The made it sound as though I was a problem or bugging them. THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. THEY MADE IT SOUND LIKE I WAS A BOTHER, WAS CRAZY AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, OR WAS MAKING UP STORIES ABOUT GETTING POSITIVE AFFIRMATION REGARDING THEM BEING OPEN FOR DINE IN"
I was really upset because all they could have done was notify me and not sending me a text to confirm one day prior( which I did). Mind you people called off work and had preparations done for this dinner that was ruined because the restaurants nonchalant, idgaf attitude.
WILL NOT BE REVISITING EVER, EVER AGAIN.
