I discovered this amazing food truck nestled among a row of others outside the Anaheim Convention Center. With a sign boasting its feature on Food Network's "Chopped," my friends and I were immediately intrigued. The lobster & crab brie panini I ordered was absolutely divine, and paired perfectly with a bottle of chardonnay I had on hand. The flavors were exceptional, and despite the slightly higher price, the quality of the food made it well worth it.
