When you visit Chicama, try the Talarin Satado con Pollo, a dish featuring grilled chicken with grilled tomatoes on spaghetti in a mild soy sauce. It's a personal favorite of mine and truly stands out as a delicious option on the menu. The service at Chicama is always exceptional, and I particularly enjoy their plí¡tanos as a side dish with my meal.
