This Mexican restaurant has a cozy, old-school vibe that instantly reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Despite the slow service, the food is delicious and offered at reasonable prices. The traditional dishes and warm atmosphere make it a great spot for a comforting meal.

I go there every Thursday and love this place. The food is authentic and Elva, the owner, is a wonderful person. The 301 is not a fast food restaurant, so don't go there if you are in a hurry. We have been going there since the late 50's and will continue to do so. There are some excellent Mexican restaurants in Placentia but we prefer the 301. The jukebox is also a plus!

Wow! Loved the 301 ! When working at Disneyland, my husband, myself and a ton of friends would go there for dinner! We were all Park employees and loved the food and drinks too! We went there from 1973 to 1977 , loved every meal and staff too. We lived off Kellogg and Imperial Hwy ! ❤️

My family has been going to the 301 cafe since I was little and I am now 49. I decided last week while at work that i wanted some good home cooked Mexican food so I went to 301 and order a burrito of asada and beans and a Chile verde burrito, the bean and the burrito just was like I made it at home...I couldn't have been more satisfied... On top of that the serves was excellent....I totally recommend this restaurant if you really want some good home cooked Mexican food the 301 is the lace to go....
