During my visit, I indulged in a delicious Carne Asada Burrito, a side of rice, and a side of beans. The burrito was generously packed with meat and brought back memories of the Super Burritos I used to enjoy in California. While the dish was a bit saltier than my preference, it was still incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I look forward to returning to Riva's on my next journey through Corvallis for another tasty meal.

I have been buying from this site for years, through multiple name changes. I think it is the most authentic Mexican food available in Corvallis, and I like it a LOT! The only thing I really miss is the white Mexican cheese that they used to put on top of their tacos and other dishes. Cheddar just doesn't equal that authentic cheese taste. I especially enjoy their non breakfast machaca burritos (no potatoes!) their crisp tacos, and their hot carrots. The combo plate with one crisp taco, two rolled tacos, and one tostada is perfect!

The first time I drove thru I ordered the carni asada, and the dang thing was cold. I came thru again in the evening a few months later and ordered the same thing to spilt with my wife, and this time it was a little warm, it was as bland as anything I've eaten in years.
I'll probably never go back.
