I consider myself to be a very patient person, and I do usually enjoy The Vine. However my last experience was ridiculous to say the least. I had called in advance to ask how much the chicken fettuccine was & I was given the response $16 so I waited until I was ready to place an order to pick up and called back to order the chicken fettuccine and was told it would be ready to pick up in 15 minutes and again was told $16 total amount. I arrived in 20 minutes and waited another 20 minutes in line as they were very busy. I stood there at the cashier area for I don't know how long just waiting to get my order and leave. When the gal finally came over I told her my name and had my money out & ready to pay. She said fettuccine right? And I said yes I ordered chicken fettuccine. And she said that whoever took my order did not specify chicken and that it would be another $8 more plus more wait time however long that would be to add chicken to my probably already cold noodles. I just couldn't believe it, and I let her know I was told that what I ordered would be $16. So more wait time and more money for me to eat an already half cold meal no thanks! Do BETTER & treat your customers like you actually care. Total & complete waste of my time.

Love the Vine Restaurant . It's our go to restaurant whenever we go out. Service is always so friendly, they always make you feel like home. Food flavors are so wonderful and portions size are large.
