The food at Carlos Restaurante was delicious, with generous serving sizes that left me satisfied. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch that added to the authentic Mexican experience. The carne asada tacos, refried beans, and rice were flavorful and well-prepared, making for a memorable dining experience in Cave Junction.
