Domino’s in Pendleton won’t deliver to me even though I am within their mileage limits. They delivered here a couple weeks ago and now they say they have changed their policy in the last week.

We ordered a pizza lg. And a garden salad. The bill came to 28.47. We gave him 40.00 and all he had was 7.00 change. That is a rip off. So all we could do was except it. All he could say was so that's a 5.00 tip. Never again. Dominos isn't t hff e only place that delivers.
