Recently had lunch at the Sea Basket in Charleston and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of the food. The three-piece fish meal with coleslaw, fries, and garlic bread for $14 was delicious and filling. The service was friendly, and the outdoor seating area provided a nice view of the boats coming in and out. I look forward to returning to try more items on the menu in the future.

It was the worst service the food was not that great really expensive we placed r order came up with 3 different prices served r soup after we received r food no spoons asked 4 2 go cups with lids 4 water had small children with us and the guy never came back it was like we were a pain 4 being there never again

Over an hour for overcooked fish and chips? I think not. Worst food ever. Service so bad, we couldn't with a clear conscience leave a tip. Bathrooms that should have required a haz-mat suit for entry. Servers who obviously feel that sitting at the tables, chatting with their friends and playing with their friends babies is more important than serving the guests who are also sitting at the tables, waiting for service or food. Oil in their fryers that should have been changed last year, by the taste of it. Avoid it at all costs.
