12/19/2014 - Jill Ogemahgeshig
This is probably the only Chinese restaurant in the entire valley that I would dine at.
Never mind the simple and humble interior as the focus is on the authenticity of the food.
The chef enjoys when he is given notice to procure ingredients that reflect the true "character" of epicurean delights of his country.
The family is charming, indeed!
The portions are ample (to a fault!),
One suggestion, which is the "barometer" of any Chinese restaurant; the Spring Roll.
Allow this chef elbow room and you will be so pleasantly surprised!
p.s. Give a few days notice for Peking Duck, for this is worth dreaming about for a couple of nights!
