Terrible, terrible service!!! My husband and I went last night for our special Valentine's dinner. I had made reservations for upstairs days before. When we got there, we went upstairs, and we were not even acknowledged by the waitress'. (Surprisingly, they weren't even busy which should have been a red flag.) So, we thought maybe we will just sit wherever. We sat there for a half hour for someone to finally greet us. The waitress finally came over, and she seemed upset. She took our order of drinks and appetizer. We were finally finished and waited an hour until she finally returned to take our food order. We gave our order...waited another half hour...she returned our food...cold! We also noticed that when other people came in, they were greeted and given a table and order right away! Not to mention, all the ladies in the restaurant upstairs received roses when they left. They never gave me one. This experience of sitting at the restaurant for 3 hours, with terrible, rude waitress, too much time wasted, and cold food has left me needing to tell you all to not even waste your time. I will be going to every rating place I know, and rate this place a 0 out of 5.
On the plus side, the beautiful woman playing the harp was special.
