unfortunately, the only bad experience was during my 6 days trip to Orlando. it was in my last hours in Orlando, FL. the staff is rude, had bad manners, disrespectful, and unprofessional. don't ask for ice water because you are going to get a big NO and ask you to buy a bottle of water for $3.50 although you just spent $80.00 on food and drinks. ingredients on the menu items are not available and they are not willing to compromise or be apologetic that your order is not complete. I don't recommend this place mainly for the unprofessional staff.
