The food and drinks here are absolutely delicious, with must-try items like the Nutella frappe and the Jibarito burger, which uses fried plantains instead of traditional buns. Although the wait can be long, the friendly service and authentic flavors make every visit worth it.

The food and drinks here are incredibly delicious, especially the frappes and mofongo stuffed with tripleta. I enjoyed everything from the chicken empanadas to the pinchos de pollo, and the ambiance was lively with friendly service. Although the wait can be long due to the popularity, the authentic flavors make it worth the visit, and I'm already excited to go back.

This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life! I would never recommend anyone going there as they act like you're more of a nuisance than a customer. Terrible, do not give them your hard-earned money! I waited for my doorDash order for 20 minutes, it was 10 minutes past the delivery pick up time and they told me it would be another 15 minutes, I canceled the order.
