I discovered this restaurant through a recommendation and was intrigued by the long-standing chef reputation. Despite a slight confusion with valet, the hotel ambiance was beautiful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional, from the perfectly crafted drinks to the delicious entrees and desserts, making for a memorable dining experience.

Tried the Bite Bistro for the first time. The food is fantastic. We had the Lobster Bisque and Etoufee for appitizers and the Ahi Tuna Tacos for dinner the first day. THe second day we had Conch Fritters and a Wasabi crusted pork chop on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes with a green apple/carrot salad on the side. Not only was food great , put the prices were very reasonable. Hotels in Orlando jack up the prices for the tourists. I would eat there again even if I was staying at the hotel.
