During COVID times, any time ordering delivery, people are hesitant about ordering out, especially Chinese as most people have experienced less than quality food. I called them back tonight after delivery and eating to thank THEM! The dumplings were light meaning not bulky pasta with a smidge of duck filling... The dumpling was made to perfection, thin and filled full with an amazing sauce. The egg rolls were HUGE and tasted wonderful, not greasy like others. I ordered for main course Broccoli and Chicken in a combination platter and they delivered like i asked to have rice on side. Broccoli was cooked perfectly and had a bit of crunch. It was made FRESH... Highly recommend... My dog even wanted to go with the delivery driver, lol.

I ordered a combination chicken w/broccoli and general taos chicken. So disappointed with the chicken with broccoli. I received over 3/4 rice and a splash of chicken with broccoli... I have no leftovers. I have ordered before and NEVER received such a skimpy amount of a meal that i paid for. When I called and complained about the amount I received of the actual meal (chicken w/broccoli w/ an adjustment of garlic sauce vs. regular sauce) as I called immediately! I was told this is what they give when in combination.... Such a WRONG ANSWER! as I have ordered this before and what I received tonight was NOT what I ever received either by my home order or with business associates. I received 5 pieces of broccoli, 2 which were good in size and the other pieces, not so much! This was a terrible customer service! The General Tao's was good in proportion, a little over half of the chicken and then rice.... They just lost a customer as they made NO attempt to make right and just excuses. They said my order would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes and I got mine in about 25, which was good but when I called 10 minutes into my order to tell them to substitute the vegetable fried rice they said my order was already made. They said they would give me a small white rice; however, I did not even have enough chicken in my meal to even make a sandwich with a half a piece of bread if you know what I mean, to make an example of what i actually ordered. This review will not allow me to post a picture which is disappointing which I could show you what I am talking about... My address was on Boyd in Oshkosh 9/26/15. I hope they read their reviews!!!!! Very disappointed in jipping the customer while making a profit! I was counting on having two meals at the cost of $20 which included tip for two meals combination order... Will take my business elsewhere unless they make this situation right!

When i called to place an order i had to repeat myself 5 times. I was quoted 30 minutes lo and behold it took an hour and a half everything was stale and cold not to mention my eggrolls were missing. I called back about the missing eggrolls and they handed the phone back and forth then hung up on my while laughing.
