This brunch spot on Elgin Street blew me away with its huge portions and retro diner vibes. My fiance and I, visiting from Toronto, tried the OMG Benedict breakfast and the blue breakfast - both way too much for just us two. The friendly staff, cozy ambiance, and delicious food make this my favorite breakfast spot in Ottawa. I'll definitely be returning when possible!

Absolutely disgusting.
Ordered two very simple things - chicken burger and hot hamburger platter. Used Skip the Dishes to deliver (none of this is on them).
My wife's comment on the chicken sandwich is that "you could kill someone with this". Yep, chicken burger ninja throwing star - take someone's head right off with it. Cold, rock hard with a dribble of hot sauce.
The hamburger platter - even worse. Dried out, cold and just outright gross. Gravy is so dark it literally looks like congealed dark chocolate. It tastes even worse than it looks.
We're staying in a hotel 5 blocks from the diner. It took the driver 5 minutes to get it to us cold. This is 100% on the kitchen as they clearly had it ready way too early and it sat under the heat lamps that likely weren't even on since it was stone cold.
We live in Ottawa. This is our first and last experience with this place. What a waste of $43 (luckily we had a $7 coupon that I found online).
