I have been shopping at Lavergne Western Beef for over 10 years now and I have yet to receive poor service or a poor cut of meat.
My favourite cut is oxtail and they always seem to have the larger knuckle cut that I like provided I am there right after the shipment arrive because I like the unfrozen cuts. I am also not the only one that prefer the fresh cut oppose to the frozen. So it does not last long and usually by the next day they are out of the fresh cut oxtail.
My only complaint is that they never have the goat fresh and it only comes into their location frozen. This will not stop me from purchasing the goat because the cut of meat are very good and not full of fatty or sinewy pieces.
I highly recommend Lavergne Western Beef for anyone looking for not just oxtail or goat but any good cut of beef or chicken such as picanha Brazilian's favourite cut of rump cap or sirloin cap.

Very rude staff!
Got the very bad quality when I place my order!
When I returned it there was no apology "¦it sounded like my fault!!!
Never going back to that place again!!
