The food and service were both solid, and the prices are fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the Rib Eye Steak & Eggs turned out to be, and the biscuits and gravy were a total winner for me. The atmosphere felt really family-friendly, plus the staff was super nice and even had a little robot delivering our meals, which the kids loved.

We eat every week at your Lancaster place I'm disabled and asked cashier if the special ham a eggs that the ham be cut up with scrambled eggs. that way i am not embarrassed to have my ham cut up in front of other guests like a child. the cashier said she had to ask the cook who they then said NO! i became so frustrated and upset i decided i couldn't eat there and we left to eat at Denney's and they cut up the ham n the kitchen for me :) what is wrong with your cooks an staff that they couldn't fo this for me?
