Always delicious, never disappointed. Spendier than other sushi places, but worth it. The Ichiban Roll & Lancaster Roll are my favorites.

My family An I use to come to this place just to visit the sushi chefs but over the years this place has gone down hill. We haven't ate at miso in a while An figure since big tuna is a 45 minute wait that we try it out. It took 30 minutes to get one roll. They ran out of seaweed wraps An it was taking so long. Food started to settle before I could order another because it took so long. The waitress was nice but service was altogether poor. I tried to ask for a refund but said once we start to eat the all you can eat that there isn't anything they can do. I will not recommend this place nor come here again..

Miso is not only fresh when eating in, the gentlemen preparing are a show within itself. Love miso sushi

Best sushi place in the AV. Best prices, service, and of course all you can eat bar was definitely two thumbs up. Chef was amazing great personality answered ever question my 13 year old had. Waitresses were extremely helpful and inviting. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi and especially a great recommendation to anyone who is trying sushi for the first time. My families favorite sushi place.

You have a miso sushi here in ridgecrest ca also and I use to eat there all the time,great food and the best miso soup!! But they said that I could no longer get my sushi rolls wrapped in soy paper,cause you at that location do not like it!! I always paid the extra money to have the soy paper..All the other restaurants here in Ridgecrest allow it!! You have lost a customer for 4 months now and I ate there alot!! Can't stand the taste of seaweed, and you guys made a big deal out of paying extra money for soy!! That's sad cause you were the best,but as I said I will take my money and have else where..
