Our team was scheduled for a fundraiser at this location. Never received information about them being under staffed. Our fundraiser was 5-9pm. When I arrived at 5:45pm. The doors were locked. One of my twirl moms let me in. They had locked the doors so no one could come in as they were short staffed. (There were 3-4 people there at that time) there's are two sets of doors. The one set of double doors were locked both inside and out. So seven people inside could not get out. (Against fire code!!!) We asked why the doors were locked. Getting the answer "my boss said to" by 6 pm 2 more people came to work. At this point there were at least 6 people there. They still wouldn't unlock the doors. Maximum people inside is 99 people. We had around 35. No one wanted to communicate. Then papers go out on the door with a QR code that would allow people to order online for our Fundrasier. IT DIDNT WORK! You couldn't even order food on the app or website at all! When the manager finally talked to us. We explained that locking the doors was a fire code violation and he got really nervous and unlocked the doors. However, they wouldn't not serve any customers that would come in.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business! Our Fundrasier was for kids ages 4-18 to be able to compete and travel with their baton twirling team! We are a non-profit team! They just took money out of the hands of our kids. How disappointing! They will never see another dime of my money again!
