I just ordered from there and was told I could not get the lunch portion in what I wanted so u ordered the dinner size, paid for it and got it delivered when I received it they sent the link size even though I paid for the dinner size. When I called back trying to get my order right the owner proceeded to tell me I was wrong and ordered the lunch. I asked her to add up the cost both ways. She kept yelling the prices of the lunch size. Even when she totaled it up she was still wrong and still wouldn't accept I was right. Won't be back!

Herro Gate Vall. Ahh those sweet words I hear when I order my favorite take out. Vut else? It's great. Other comments are wrong. No mold, or chicken dropped (after she was mad). Give me a break.

Even though the food is good, do not order delivery. They will tell you that the only charge $1.50 for deliver, but you will pay almost $3.00 more than that! They are not honest!

We eat here often, and the employees aren't very friendly, maybe it's some sort of culture gap and their custom is not like ours, but never the less, we like their food and keep returning. I just called for delivery and they must be charging five dollars to deliver now. That really must take away from the delivery drivers' tips. The buffet is much cheaper.

I have always ordered delivery, and it has always arrived promptly. I have found everything I've ordered to be very fresh, hot, and delicious. If I had any complaint, it would be that the "spicy" or "hot" food seems a bit mild, but I can always add my own hot peppers if I want it hotter.

(We had been eating at the Great Wall for many years. When they were beside the old Hills store and we have always loved it. But when these new people bought it they ruined it! The food on the buffet is always cold n hard n nasty. We have never had a problem with ordering for take out but it sounds like it has went down hill also. If people dont already know, the people that had it all those years and it was so great, they sold it and they now have the Empire Buffet in Marietta. If we want good Chinese, thats where we go. If someone knows of another good in P'burg please let us know.

We order the same things from them often and today we got back with an overcharged, wrong order. They left out one of our dishes that they charged for, gave us a dish that was not what we had asked for, and had charged us way too much. We called to correct the order and get our missing meal but the woman was rude and uncooperative. She said she had made the order herself and knew it was right even though we were looking right at it! She said the wrong dish they gave us was how they have been making it for 10 years but we have never gotten it looking like it did. It looked and was packaged like soup! She ended up screaming and hanging up on us. We are returning the food, expecting a full refund, and will never eat there again.

The take-out is outstanding. Delivery was amazingly fast. Food was hot, packaged properly, and very tasty. Best shrimp egg roll I've ever had. I highly recommend it.

I would not order this food again ever...general to's chichen was dry hard and nasty no sauce at all when calling to advise how food was they get nasty and act like you did something wrong... WORST FOOD EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I realized why they make you pay before you sit down to eat. Their food is disgusting, cold, and undercooked. They had dirty tables that they didn't clean off. The best part was when we looked up and saw mold on the ceiling. I don't recommend anyone should eat there. It is revolting.

I will NEVER return to this place again. They forgot my 6-year-old daughter's dinner and when I got home (15 minutes away)and realized it, I called them back. The lady put me on hold for 10 minutes after I calmly explained to her what had happened. So, I hung up and called back. She tried to tell me I didn't order that, but the sauce was in there and although I cannot read Chinese, I can tell by the price of what my order contained, that I was billed for it. She was incredibly rude and spoke to me very distastefully. While there, I saw a "cook" drop a piece of chicken on the floor and put it back in the skillet. Disgusting,. I recommend that no one go to this restaurant EVER unless you enjoy eating food that has been dropped on the floor and treated like crap. What happened to "the customer is always right"? I have worked in several restaurants and am flabbergasted at the lack of hospitality and uncleanliness of this place. I will NEVER return and I hope anyone reading this doesn't either. Heads up. I threw $35 worth of food away and am in the process of cooking dinner.

There food is pretty decent and the delivery is crazy fast, but every time we order it is SO hard to communicate with the lady who answers the phones. She doesn't speak english well at all.

I'm a regular there, and I love their wontons. My husband just loves everything so far... his favorites being the pepper steak and some sort of shrimp meal. We live maybe 20 minutes away and I drive pass about 5 other Chinese take-out places to go pick up food here.

Every time I dine here I have a bad experience. I finally decided to give it another try yesterday...it was awful! I got the buffet, and many of the items were empty. I waited for forty five minutes on green beans, then gave up. But it was not just me, an old man in a wheelchair asked for more potatoes and they totally blew him off. Awful service!
