The food and service at Jake's were really good. I loved the salad with that balsamic dressing they suggested. The place had a nice pub vibe with big TVs showing sports, and the servers were super friendly and attentive. Plus, the parking was easy, and it's great for grabbing a bite while shopping at the mall.

BUYER BEWARE! Very horrible experience! We went there for our first time with a gift card and.placed our order from the menu. After they had it all prepared we were told the prices were increased from the menu prices and that we owed way more than we intended. We got 2 hamburgers and a dozen Of wings for $32. Ridiculous!
We told the mananger that it's not our fault that they didn't change the prices on the menu. We felt ripped off. She was so rude, I couldn't believe it!
Other places would have just adjusted the price for us since it was right there in black and white on the menu, but not this place.
The manager was very, very rude, telling us that's just the way things are now. I will NEVER eat there again.
