The diner has been a regular spot for me over the past month, offering good food and service. While the menu may not be as extensive as other local spots, the traditional Lancaster Co favorites and home-cooked meals are always satisfying and served quickly with a warm welcome. It's a reliable choice for a quick lunch or a leisurely meal, with friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more.
10/24/2021 - Disappointed
This place can't seem to find employees that have good customer service skills. Nichole was our waitress and her attitude towards us seemed hostile. Inpatient wasn't happy if we asked questions about meals on menu or a refill on soda. But she managed to text and be on her phone and taking pictures of herself literally while waiting for her to refresh our drinks. The point of her forgetting what we ordered and her completely distracted in and out of bathroom my god we are sorry we came to a diner to be served and make you work . She was extremely rude and mannerisms should be disciplined and made aware you lose customers like that. For heaven sake wash your hands after going outside or being on phone. Covid must not be a concern. Roll your eyes now reading your review! We won't be back .

I have found the food at Centerville Diner to be consistently very good with generous portions. The soups in particular are excellent. If I am in the mood for large portion or smaller palate, a large variety can be found here. The servers have always been courteous and prices very fair.
