We have eaten at the Burrow about once a week since it opened. The menu is adjustable by the cooks such that I can actually order what is exactly right for me. And nothing is "greasy"--a criteria by which I judge much food. I can order an IPA beer every time. They offer almost any other type of beer.
I must add it is a very clean restaurant which I thoroughly appreciate.
The warm and friendly people who provide the service are extraordinary for the depth and length of time they remember what we order...besides being very welcoming, delightfully funny and adroit with the words they use.
The hours The Burrow is open works well with our work schedule and apparently with other customers also.
The Burrow itself is very attractive even in this time of spurious control by the ruling political party by having tables set within very large spaces at a considerable distance from other tabled spaces....even the bar is politically underpoopulated.
