Always an excellent meal and the restaurant is frequently full of customers. The prices have risen quite a bit lately but still good value. For example: The pho that was $10.99 is now $14.99

This is the best resturant i've been to in years. The workers are so greeting and respectful. The food is always well cooked and alwyas taste amazing no matter what. ESPECIALLY the iced coffee and Thai tea. Those are my favorite orders. I will definitely be coming again. Thank you for your excellent service.

First time visit for lunch and it was awesome. Great price and portions. Super friendly staff.

I used to love this place and say it got better everytime I went. However when I was eating today with my girlfriend she found a small caterpillar in her phí´. We both lost our appetite and notified the manager. He apologized and said he wouldn't charge. However he came back and said he just took off her phí´. The biggest problem wasn't even the money it's that the apology was half baked and rushed. He made us as though he couldn't be bothered with it. I have never felt compelled to write a review but when one of my favorite restaurants does some like this it really annoys me. I'm in the food industry too so I understand how hard it is. That doesn't excuse the behavior today. I will stop coming here and not recommend it anymore. I am very disappointed and hope they fix their problems in the future.

Tried the #1,3,8 and 11 today, all were great. We brought home leftovers for dinner; on our way back from the outlets, stopped in and picked up another 8 Large. We live 45 minutes away and have a Vietnamese Resto in our town, but Pho Saigon II blows it away!
