I have visited Cooney's several times and have consistently enjoyed the great food, well-crafted drinks, and friendly service. The prices are reasonable compared to other places I've been to, and the relaxed atmosphere always makes me want to return. If you find yourself in rural Pennsylvania and in need of a bite to eat, consider stopping by Cooney's. While the exterior may seem dated, the interior has a cool vibe, and the staff and owners are welcoming and engaging. Plus, the food, particularly the Philly steak sandwiches, burgers, and beer batter fries, is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a worthwhile stop on your travels.
