Had a horrible experience at the Tap Factory on Oct. 31, 2020. Following several good experiences at this sports bar, the service was awful and the food needed to be sent back as inedible and I have never sent a meal back at a restaurant. We ordered our meal at about 4:15-4:30 - and when it was finally delivered to our table it was so cold that the pot sticker appetizers felt like they had been taken out of the refrigerator and the waiter agreed. I should have known better when I observed people who entered after us not only receiving their meal - but finishing it - I could go on and on about the second failure of a subsequent order - we ended up paying for our drinks and leaving. No attempt was made to make an effort of apology - I will never visit this place again. I'm leaving a lot out but the lack of communications between shifts of waiters and food prep is scary - out order sat ready for I'm guessing 45-50 min getting cold ... the cook didn't notice this? The waiters didn't notice this? Quite frankly I'd be afraid to eat anything from this establishment with this kind of indifference and lack of accountability.

My family and friends went there for dinner and a few drinks, at 9:15pm a bar tender came up to us and said " there is going to be a younger crowd is coming in and we should probably leave soon that they had a few people complain that there were younger kids there". We had 4 kids total that were sitting at the table playing on i pads not disturbing anyone. I went and asked the bartender to about the issue was and she proceeded to tell me that it was to late to have kids out and people were leaving the bar because the kids were there. It is a bar restaurant where we were in The restaurant side and the kids were not causing any issues. I went to pay my bill and they double charged me for items i did not get. I just payed my bill and left and will never go back again to a restaurant that asks you to leave because you have children there. The staff was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation.
