The warm "soft pretzel" was hard as a rock. The Pomme Frites must have been frozen and what was left from the bottom of the bag. The melted cheese on top was hard. It took a hour for the cheesesteak to be served. It wasn't worth the long wait. We sat and ordered (pretzel, frites and a cheesesteak) at 1:15 pm and didn't leave until 3:00 pm.

My husband I have been there many times. The first time we went our waitress was Tracy. She was excellent and from then on we always request her. She goes above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. Anyone that has her as their server will never want anyone else. *****
