Always treated well in the 20 years I have been going there. Always a great staff, service food and atmosphere for a game or a meal.

Mothers day dinner was just like my home cooking,delicious, we were so glad that they were open, it made my Mothers day

Just had a burger from there and it seems as if the quality of meat has gone downhill. The burgers used to be very tasty but the one I got had a lot of gristle in it. Also touching on the reviewer saying doubleplay is better than the Mosiac wouldn't know a good restaurant from a bad one. Not saying doubleplay is bad but it is not in the same class as Mosiac

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.... Food is very good ...exp there wings ..... I was reading the other review and I can't disagree more ...perhaps they went there on a really really bad rare off night ...idk ..... place can get very busy exp on wing night ..But I have never waited that long for anything especially on a night where it was completely packed...I do suggest you give it another try.. but all and all one of the best places to eat in downtown Oil City ! And definitely better service and food then the mosaic cafe !!!

this place need a lot of work, the food is not bad but if you sit in the middle tables in the large section expect very very very slow and bad service the waitress is slow to even get to you and your lucky to get your order an hour after she finally takes you order and forget about refills on you drinks or if you go in on Thursday for all you can eat wings you will get a order of 12 wings forget trying to get more and she always looks and acts like she is on drugs
now if you sit on the outside tables that waitress is great and you get your order before the other waitress gets to your table
