Ate one rib, wasn't interested in eating the rest. Guy slathered the rack with some sort of uninteresting sauce after he took it off the grill where he was reheating it, leaving me with a big mess of warm ribs and cold sauce.
As for the prior comment that "very few places smoke ribs before they grill them," I don't know a real rib place that DOESN'T smoke it ribs. That's the definition of BBQ.
Maybe this place was having a bad day, but I doubt it. I would try it again just to see if it was really that bad.

We've made three trips all the way from Pittsburgh for these ribs. And we're going back today for the fourth time.
Nice people here -- but the main thing that makes this place special is that the ribs and chickens are SMOKED before they are grilled. Very few rib places do this -- the flavor is great and the ribs just melt in the mouth.
Usual range of sides.
Another good reason to go here: they have lots of their own smoked meats and cheeses for sale. We always pick up a couple of pounds of their excellent smoked Swiss.
Eat in or take out. -- or eat on one of their covered picnic tables outside near the smoker.
