Ok

Service was horrible. Called ahead and placed our order. When I got there I waited in line to pick up my food. Got to the head of the line the phone rang and the woman behind the register took a call for another order instead of putting the call on hold until she could take my payment. Once I was waited on, the woman found my order had been missed and was not ready. No apology for the mistake.
