Had a plain roast beef with fries. The roll was terrible, kept falling in pieces.which is indicating is old. Very disappointing.

My husband and I stopped there Sat.12/15 right before noon and went in to order. There was a group of Boy scouts being waited on so we stood in front of counter and decided what we wanted. One of the employees said she would take our order in a few minutes as she finished with the Scouts. She then walked to the opposite side of counter and asked a man that had just walked in door what he wanted,,,,completely ignoring us!! My husband immediately asked "what are WE, Invisible??" And I said, Lets Go....apparently they don't want our business!!!" VERY UPSET and FRUSTRATED by the lack of Respect, Consideration and Service of ALL the staff involved!!! No one else even Offered to help us....NEVER AGAIN will we Support or Recommend your business!!!!!!
