Just picked up 2 pulled pork sandwiches, not shredded no smoke flavor , 1/2 teaspoon of coleslaw, no burnt ends or anything charred, tasted like my Sunday pork roast that was in the crockpot, bigchunks of pork,but I like it shredded and mixed with the sauce

Love everything about the food! Anita is great! My complaint is.. I invite my whole family over for memorial weekend. I call and closed? Wtf? Same 4th of July!!! 2 biggest smoking rib days! Why? First time I was told they were getting new floors and carpet. 2nd time it was they were refurbishing? I used to spend close to $200 and sometimes more! A week!!!!! I'm not rich. Love owner Kieth! Putting out great food! Just not consistent. Never know. Aggravated. M

First time I went there was a few yrs ago my taco salad had a moldy taste n we ended up giving the ribs to our dog they were so tough you cudn't eat but since it was early when they first opened I decided to try again, first there was nowhere to sit, all empty tables had "reserved " signs, so sat at a bar seat waited 10mins with no acknowledgment that we were even there (when we clearly walked passed the woman) so I went to register got a menu myself waited lil longer (only saw 2peole even there to work) still nothing no drinks offered after lengthy wait got up n left (with tables still empty!!!) HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Will NOT go back! Grill31 had awesome food and service!

Horrible service, weird atmosphere, HORRIBLE food!! This place caters to locals/frequent customers only! Our "smoked ribs" had no taste and were drizzled with this awful ketchup bbq sauce!! These "ribs" were definitely boiled and put on the smoker for a few minutes afterwards! Also very poor quality meat! My side of "pasta & cheese" was the sadest excuse for Mac and cheese I have ever seen...it was legitimately pasta with velveta cheese sauce drizzled on top....it had absolutely no flavor and was absolutely disgusting!! Even the "sweet tea" we both ordered was awful and had no taste!!! We will absolutely never set foot in this sad excuse for a restaurant ever again! This was our first and last time eating here!!
