Today, I went to Saladworks to grab a quick meal for my son and myself using a coupon for the pick 2 option. The lobster soup and Buffalo chicken panini were delicious choices, and the staff at the Wyomissing location were friendly and efficient. Although the prices are a bit high, the fresh ingredients and customizable options make it worth the 20-30 minute drive for a satisfying and healthy meal.

the customer service was terrible. the employees looked bored and uninterested in what they were doing. when we asked questions they didn't answer helpfully. we usually LOVE Saladworks, but today was disappointing. one of us ordered the chicken parmesan panini, we got what we ordered-but it is processed lunch meat, provolone, marinara, and white bread (not what i would expect from saladworks). and then they didn't even tell me i was supposed to get any chips, or a roll. i had to ask. but i think the worst thing was the roll they gave my daughter. she took a piece off, and it was ROCK hard. that was when i went up to the employees and complained. they gave me a fresh roll. i just don't recommend this specific saladworks.
