Restaurant Description

I voted no for these reasons: we were a family of 5 which included my 2 very young grandchildren. They had no patience and gave us our check before we finished breakfast. My daughter ordered a waffle with fresh strawberries. Strawberries were frozen so she said no thanks and asked for the bill to be adjusted just for her meal. Well management refusd to adjust and we just left. Only negative experience we had in this otherwise lovely community.

This was the place to go ,very good food ,good people well dressed and treated you with care and very friendly, new management, now you get cold food taste like hospital food, greaters look out of place , no respect, waiters complaining about shifts and just not a good place to eat anymore, I usually would go every weekend for breakfast and would take family after church sometimes 10 to 15 people. Service here stinks anymore.

My husband and I go here to eat quite often and we are usually pretty pleased with the senior specials we get. Neither one of us had ever gotten the country fried steak before but we generally like it so both of us ordered it for the 1st time the other night. We really couldn't eat it, it was breaded steak ums, dry and tasted funny. We brought it home but I am throwing it out as neither one of us wants to eat it again. So I would advise everyone not to get the country fried steak, even if you have always loved it elsewhere. Also, I agree with the person who said the filling, that comes with many of the meats, is just wet bread. No taste, I just tell them I don't want the filling. Another thing, I like their chicken croquettes and I do want gravy, but they don't ask if you want it, they just give you gravy on them and if you order mashed potatoes. My brother in law ordered mashed potatoes and they put gravy on without asking. He doesn't like gravy and I forgot to mention that to him. So they should.

I like eating Breakfast here on days I work in Lititz. However, I tried the Baked Oatmeal t (Apple) this morning and have to say it is the worst Baked Oatmeal I have ever had, both in taste, texture and it was just warm!

I ordered a bacon omelet and fried potatoes. The omelet was burnt and rubbery.The potatoes were hard and crunchy like eating french fries. Very tasteless and was not worth the money. Waiter dropped my toast on floor removed it and gave me a piece which was not very hot . will not return again.

Clean, friendly service, but the food was terrible. The turkey and stuffing dinner was absolutely flavorless and served lukewarm. The turkey was merely ground-up lunch meat turkey served with broken pieces of bread with no seasoning added. Gravy was canned, gelatinous glue that looked like pudding served over some sort of flavorless ball called mashed potatoes. The generous portion cannot make up for good food because most of it went into the garbage can. We purchased 4 dinners and should have just taken a match and burned our money instead of trying to eat the slop placed before us. We'll never be back! The 1-star rating is merely for service and cleanliness because there is no way to rate horrible food.

Truly a great place to eat , food was served hot and didn't have to wait long at all best thing was they don't skimp on the servings you get plenty to eat ,I recommend this restaurant I know I'll be coming back , the waitress was super great and fast!!

My husband and i were in for dinner last night our server was kara, she was fantastic. We began to talk alittle and she had been working since 7 am and this was now 6:30 pm. She was definality tired but she was probably one of the best servers we had ever had anywhere. Very friendly helpful and funny. The food was awesome. Came out quick, hot and delicious. We will most definality be back and will tell all our friends and family about our experience. And to make sure to request kara. Thank you kara for making our night great. Willbe back

If you're NOT skinny.... booths are to tight to sit and be comfortable, while you eat, table goes right into your gut. Most of the waitresses are so slow, they like to talk to people, then when your food finally gets to you it's either luke warm or cold.

The meal of sirloin catchatori was terrible! The meat was chop steak tough & chewy, not sirloin, & the vegetables were not fully cooked. All the waitress had to say was "gee I'm sorry" No compensation or replacement, and when I told the check out hostess, she couldn't give me my change fast enough to get me out the door. Needless to say , we will not be back & will tell everyone of out terrible experience.

Excellent service from the front desk (Robert and Mark) to all the staff. Excellent food, fresh ,hot, delicious ,good prices.Great variety of menu. Fast service. Very clean, very friendly! Dessert galore. We go there not just for the food but the people as well. THANKS!!!!!
