The staff at this establishment always impress me with their courteous demeanor, despite the negative reviews. It's evident that some individuals in this area have unreasonable expectations, but I believe this restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices and is worth a try.

Terrible customer service. Orders online 2 hrs in advance for scheduled delivery. No show , called and was told just left. 20 mins later they called and said they don't deliver that far. We live 2.1 miles away. Been going here for years. Reasoning was too busy. Tried getting refund , they had no idea. Conversation was ended with " we're really busy, I don't have time for this. What the f***". Manager was too busy as well. Save yourself disappointment and just go to Little Anthony's instead. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

I love their food ,they have the best pizza around.
I will not order from any other place then Victoria's .

Beware of Victorias Pizza in Coatesville .
They mess up your order switching a salad with shrimp and chicken for a chief salad but charging for the more expensive and refusing to make it right. Customer satisfaction means nothing
